eStazka

Many transport companies and smaller fleets still manage vehicle operations with paper trip sheets, notebooks, phone photos, or manually maintained spreadsheets. Drivers fill in records, dispatchers have to track them down, accountants wait for supporting documents, and the end of the month often brings avoidable confusion.

eStazka was created to simplify this process by giving the company one place for drivers, vehicles, journeys, signatures, exports, and invoicing data, without repeatedly copying information or searching for missing documents.

I designed and built eStazka as a web application that moves everyday vehicle records into a clear online workflow. A driver or dispatcher can create a trip sheet, add journey, vehicle, customer, or cargo details, and then lock, sign, and store the completed record.

The application is designed around the real operation of a transport company. It supports multiple drivers, vehicles, customers, inventory items, numbering sequences, PDF exports, notifications, and invoicing through Fakturoid. Alongside traditional trip sheets, it is also ready to maintain mileage logs for company cars and smaller fleets.

The result is a working SaaS product that replaces paper-heavy vehicle administration with a digital process. Companies gain a clearer overview of journeys, drivers, and vehicles, while completed records can be exported for accounting, invoicing, or further processing.

eStazka is more than an internal register. It is a product designed for Czech transport companies, smaller businesses, and company fleets that need reliable journey, signature, document, and invoicing records without complicated paperwork.
